More Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this new document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.

In addition to this are what appear to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.

Further materials released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
